Small Tree's single port 10 gigabit Ethernet Short Range optical server adapter is based on the latest Intel Ethernet controller, the 82599ES. Includes one 10Gb/s 850nm Multimode (Short Range, up to 300m) Datacom SFP+ Transceiver. The performance of 10 GbE provides the ability to edit multiple streams of high bandwidth video with familiar Ethernet infrastructure . Perfect for adding 10GbE ports to a TitaniumZ or Mac Pro (with PCIe slots) used as a file server (with PCIe slots). Includes Small Tree's industry standard OS X 10 gigabit Ethernet driver and legendary support.
